Refund policy

Once a package has departed our facility, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen during transit items as well as those delivered to the incorrectly provided address, unclaimed, refused packages or packages marked as "delivered" by USPS.  In such case the buyer would need to initiate a claim with the shipping company by calling 800-275-8777. All packages are insured.  We would like to emphasize that replacements and refunds are not guaranteed and we retain the discretion to evaluate each case individually. Returns/exchanges only for mistakes on Amari Jay Hair part.  To ensure safety of all customers, we cannot accept products that have been tampered with.
